We take pride in our quality emergency supplies and we are sure that you will be pleased with your order. We will gladly issue a refund for any product that (1) is damaged in shipping; (2) is shown to have a factory defect; or (3) simply does not meet with your complete satisfaction. Refund or credit will not be given for products that have been used or damaged by you or from misuse or neglect on your part. Shipping charges or rush charges will NOT be refunded. There is a 20% restocking charge for items not used and in original unopened packaging. Please note that we cannot refund any of our food type products. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is attributed to a ResQpaq.com mistake.

Products used and returned in packaging that is non-restockable, non defective will be assessed a 50% non-restockable fee or will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. If the customer refuses delivery the items will be discarded and the customer will not be credited. Please understand our position regarding returns of this nature as these returned products cannot be re-sold as new and cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

If you need to return something, please send an email to: Info@ResQpaq.com or call us between 9AM-5PM, Mountain Standard Time, toll free at: 1 (877) 760-5264 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will email you with and authorization code. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging.


PACKAGING AND SENDING YOUR RETURNS

Just a few simple steps:
•Email us to obtain a refund code and a shipping location based on your purchases. Items will not be accepted without the code printed neatly on the front of the returned box. You will be financially responsible for all shipping costs.
•Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
•Schedule a pick-up with your mail carrier.
•Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.
In addition, if your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Payments can be made securely online through PayPal or use our easy to order secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal checks. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to make purchases. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. Please note that DigiCash, LLC. is the authorized PayPal payment processor for ResQpaq.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ResQpaq.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. All orders will ship in up to 15 business days. In addition, allow 2 to 5 days for shipping transit time. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight. Note that hazardous materials (including matches, canister, stoves, fire extinguishers, etc) may not be sent via Express/Rush delivery under any circumstances.


In the event you need a rush order, you may also specify UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air; however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges and the above stated processing time still applies.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the State of Colorado. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Colorado.
